suspect who appeared to be hiding underneath a delivery truck outside of 737 PDL, the victim tried to get the attention of the driver.  The suspect came across the street to the victim and yelled “I am going to pop you”, then the suspect got a brick and went after the victim who ran across the street to 737 PDL (Greens liquor store) to escape the suspect.  Suspect ran towards Maiden Ln, it is
